  • ½ cup Cognac
  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 4 (750 ml) bottles dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  • Stir well until the sugar begins to dissolve.
