Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- ¼ cup butter, cut into small pats
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and position the rack in the center.
- Trim excess fat and silver skin from each pork tenderloin. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both pork tenderloins.
- Place the tenderloins in a 9×13-inch baking dish and arrange butter pats on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes to seal in the juices.
