Pasta Salad Recipe

Loaded with fresh vegetables, tossed in zesty Italian dressing, and finished with Parmesan cheese, this salad delivers a refreshing and tangy flavor in every bite. Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package rotini pasta
- 1 (16-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
- 6 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni or salami
- 1 cup cubed mozzarella or feta cheese
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add rotini pasta and cook for 8–12 minutes, until al dente. Drain and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta with Italian dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions. Toss well to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese with Italian seasoning, then gently stir it into the salad.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
