Ingredients

  • ¾ cup German dark beer
  • 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon crushed Aleppo chile peppers, optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
