Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (16 Ounce) Package Spaghetti
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 (32 Ounce) Jar Meatless Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 Cups Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 5 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
Directions
- Preheat Oven To 350°F (175°C). Lightly Grease A 9×13-Inch Baking Dish.
- Bring A Large Pot Of Salted Water To A Boil. Cook Spaghetti Until Al Dente. Drain And Set Aside.
- In A Large Skillet Over Medium Heat, Cook Ground Beef And Onion Until Beef Is Browned And Onion Is Soft. Drain Excess Grease.
- Stir In Spaghetti Sauce And Seasoned Salt. Simmer For A Few Minutes.
- In A Large Bowl, Whisk Eggs, Parmesan Cheese, And Melted Butter. Add Cooked Spaghetti And Toss To Coat.
- Spread Half Of The Spaghetti Mixture Into The Prepared Baking Dish.
- Layer With Half Of The Cottage Cheese, 2 Cups Mozzarella, And Half Of The Meat Sauce.
- Repeat Layers With Remaining Spaghetti, Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella, And Meat Sauce. Cover With Foil.
- Bake For 40 Minutes. Remove Foil, Sprinkle Remaining 1 Cup Mozzarella On Top, And Bake 20–25 Minutes More Until Cheese Is Melted And Lightly Golden.
- Let Rest 10 Minutes Before Serving.
