Baked Salmon Recipe

The salmon fillets are brushed with a rich lemon butter sauce, seasoned with garlic and herbs, and baked until tender and flaky. Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice (plus lemon slices for garnish)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Allow the salmon fillets to rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes before baking.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and lemon juice together.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush them generously with the butter mixture.
