- 14 ounces extra-firm tofu (tauhu), drained

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for crispiness)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Drain the tauhu and gently press to remove excess water
- Cut the tauhu into small cubes
