Ingredients
150g oats
50g protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
150g peanut butter or any nut butter
4 tablespoons milk (any type)
25g chocolate chips (optional)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flaxseeds, and cinnamon. Mix well to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
