Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
- 6 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream

Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add the taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined. Let the mixture simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
