Ingredients
1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

1 large egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Drain the canned salmon and reserve a small amount of the liquid for later use. Place the salmon in a medium bowl and break it apart gently with a fork.
