- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar for dusting
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a 10 inch cast iron skillet inside the oven to heat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until they become light and slightly frothy.

- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
