Ingredients
- 6 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold, salted water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the eggs are hard-boiled.
- Drain and immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool completely.
- Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs and slice each one in half lengthwise.
