Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) crushed tomatoes

Directions

  • Drizzle olive oil into the slow cooker.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer onion slices, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme over the chicken.
