Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
- In a separate large bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in white sugar, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
