Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
- Spread the chopped onion evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the pork chops over the onions.
