- 4 pounds rump roast

- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can beef broth
- 9 French bread rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Trim any excess fat from the rump roast and place it into a slow cooker.
- Pour the beer, condensed French onion soup, and beef broth over the roast.
- Cover and cook on the Low setting for 7 hours, or until the beef is tender.
