Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic, parsley, chives, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, thyme, chili powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
