Directions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk.
- Season with salt and white pepper.
- Whisk the mixture until it becomes light and slightly foamy.
- Melt the butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
