Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 pound yellow potatoes, chopped into cubes
- 1 pound red potatoes, chopped into cubes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, cut into pieces
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the yellow and red potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes until the potatoes become tender.
- Drain the potatoes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked potatoes and gently toss to coat evenly.
