Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease two baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and anise extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form a thick dough.
